Used by the student for recording dictated sounds, words and sentences during a lesson. Comes in either Standard Lined or Elementary Lined.

The Sonday System 1 readers were created to align with the scope and sequence of Sonday System 1. Illustrated stories cover reading levels 6 through 10 and help students practice comprehension, leading to accurate, fluent decoding. Reading levels 11–36 feature 3 controlled-text, chapter-format stories that build fluency, vocabulary and comprehension. Each Reader includes teacher tips and strategies to check for comprehension. The Sonday System 2 readers were created to align with the scope and sequence of Sonday System 2. These engaging stories create high interest and leveled readability in conjunction with Sonday System 2 and advanced levels of Sonday System 1. Stories help students practice accurate, fluent decoding, which leads to increased comprehension. Aligned with Reading Levels 6-15 of Sonday System 2, these chapter-format stories are suitable for all ages. Each set includes an Activity Guide for vocabulary and comprehension.
