The following items are technical issues commonly found on different operating systems or browser platforms that may be refraining you from visibility within areas of this website. Please refer to the following “How To’s” within your area of question.
Simple Steps for Changing Your Cookie Settings
You may need to adjust your cookie settings if you are having problems ordering or downloading a document.
Internet Explorer 7 or 8
- Direct your cursor to the top right menu and choose the “Tools” drop down.
- Select “Internet Options” from the bottom of the list.
- Choose the top row tab that says “Privacy” and click the slidable scale tool.
- Bring the scale down to “Medium”, however you may choose “Medium High” as this cart has been tested to work with.
- Click “Apply” then “Okay” to finalize the change.
Internet Explorer 6
- Very similar to Internet Explorer 7, choose “Tools” from the top menu.
- Select “Internet Options” from the bottom of the list.
- Choose the top row tab that says “Privacy” and click the slidable scale tool.
- Bring the scale down to “Medium” then click “Apply” then “Okay” to finalize the change.
Mozilla Firefox
- Direct your cursor to the top menu and choose the “Tools” drop down.
- Select “Options” from the bottom of the list.
- Choose “Privacy” from the top row.
- Check both boxes that say “Accept cookies from sites” and “Accept third-party cookies”.
- Click “Okay” to close and save.
Apple Safari
- Direct your cursor to the top menu and choose the “Edit” drop down.
- Select “Preferences..” from the bottom of the list.
- Choose “Security” from the top row.
- Check the box that say “Only from sites you navigate to”.
- Click the “X” in upper right corner to close, this will save your setting.
