Installation

The SIBS installation model relies on the strong evidence that a successful professional development experience occurs when a link is made between the workshop and actual application in the classroom. Winsor’s installation model emphasizes a “coherent” plan that considers district personnel’s needs for expanded knowledge of interventions; accountability for academic and behavioral progress; and the use of data decision-making criteria. The installation process may be for 1 to 3 days.
