About Us

Winsor Learning is an educational consulting organization that works with clients all over the US by starting with one simple question: “What problems are you trying to solve with your struggling students?” We help schools in three key areas:

1. Academics– We provide intervention tools in Reading and Math that help teachers work with their struggling students. We also provide professional development and consulting that helps schools understand the importance of using a data-driven approach to identifying the needs of students and customizing instruction to those needs.

2. Behavior – We provide assessment tools to schools that help them identify the need for ParaProfessionals in their settings. Our goal is to help them use their ParaProfessional resources efficiently and effectively. We also provide professional development and consulting to maximize the effectiveness of the tools and give teachers strategies to adjust to the reallocation of resources.

3. We provide a proven process that shows school leaders what they need to do to support what is happening in the classroom so that learning can be accelerated. Student achievement happens when the teachers are given effective tools, trained on the effective use of the tools and provided with the support from leadership to produce achievement. We provide professional development and consulting that help leaders accomplish these goals.
