Searchlight™

Searchlight™ is an intervention monitoring system created to assist educators who are gathering data on student performance and have multiple schools to administer. Our customers have asked us to create a tool to gather student data and track what is being done to remediate each student. Test Scores, Instructor Data, Student Attendance, Scheduling Data and Coaching Reports are tracked for each intervention group in the school. With all intervention information reports available, data-driven decisions can be made to determine the best intervention or adjust the intervention if deemed necessary.

Monitoring student data is essential because there is truly no other way to analyze the progress to identify if the gap is closing. Having an organized system to track data allows administrators and instructors to speed up the decision making process because it becomes easier to recognize patterns in achievement gaps and gains. Searchlight™ is a tool that organizes and systemizes the intervention process by aligning data sources for reporting purposes. By implementing these tools it is easier to make adjustments in grouping and instruction, increasing student achievement and freeing up valuable teaching time.

Progress reports are available throughout the year while Mid-Year and End-Year Reports are available based on the school reporting cycle.

The report includes:

• Formative Data results for all intervention students through all three tiers including Curriculum-Based Measurement Data Reporting, State Tests and any other test data that the administrator wants tracked (Insert PGM Screenshot)
• Coaching records that are utilized to monitor and ensure fidelity of instruction
• Group and/or Individual student performance
• Sonday System® implementation information (# of teachers per site; # of groups operating; # of students per group)
• Sonday System® project information including master schedules (with intervention time in minutes) and room assignments.
• Analysis of the alignment with Monthly Attendance reports and delivery records that show student intervention allowing an administrator to determine what may be impeding student performance (Insert Monthly Attendance Sceenshot)

Searchlight TM Pricing Options for Winsor Learning clients

Subscription:

0-1000 Students = $10/students

1001-2500 Students = $8/students

2500+ = $6/students

Database Setup fee:

$2,000 – 6,000K setup Fee:  includes server hosting fee and time it takes to customize the system to client assessments, programs, settings, teacher/tutor classrooms and student information.   Pricing is a function of complexity  – e.g., how many sites, how many tutors, how many assessments involved, how many interventions involved.

Data Management Fee

Winsor Learning will update the data base as data is provided from the client.  Fee for Data Management is based on the frequency and quantity of data provided from Client.

Data Reports: $2750 per

Includes report production, data analysis and presentation of results (at client site). Typically twice per year – after each benchmark testing period.

Data Entry Fee

If client is providing data to Winsor Learning in paper form, Winsor Learning provides data entry services.  Data entry fee is based on the frequency and quantity of data provided from client.
