Project Forms
The below forms are to be used by Winsor Learning’s clients who are involved with data collection and reporting projects. Please note you will need access to Microsoft Excel to use the forms. The files are compatible with versions of Microsoft Excel from 1997 to 2007. A Winsor Learning Client Manager/ Consultant will provide you with instructions on filling out the forms. Completed forms will be sent to Winsor Learning at a later date per your Winsor Learning Client Manager/ Consultant’s instructions. If you have questions on the downloadable forms or data reporting contact your Winsor Learning Client Manager/ Consultant for assistance.
Instructions for Downloading a Form from Website:
- Use your mouse to highlight the needed form by clicking on the title.
- When the pop-up box appears on your computer screen choose the Open button. If you do not see a pop-up box prompting you to open or save a file you will need to turn the pop-up block off on your website browser.
- Microsoft Excel should automatically open and you should see the form.
- Start the process of saving the form by clicking on your toolbar or Office Button, select the Save As option.
- Next decide where on your computer you would like to save the form. Change the place on your computer for the form in the area named Save in:
- Now is the time to adjust the file name by adding your FULL NAME, Month and Year to the original file name, see example. Please make sure the file type is still an Excel format.
Example: Original File Name: SDS-PGM.xls
Would Be Saved As: SDS-PGM Andrea Lockard Sept 2011.xls
This could be considered your “master” file and can be saved with corresponding month in the filename throughout the school year - Go to the place you saved the file on your computer and check to confirm the file downloaded.
