Problems With Ordering?

Are you having problems with your order basket? Are you experiencing one of the following?

  • I tried to add a product and nothing seems to calculate in the basket.
  • I clicked “Add to Basket” and the page brings me back to Instructional Materials Overview.
  • When I click “Order” the “View Basket” flashes without adding anything to the basket.
  • I bookmarked a secure page, but I’m getting a strange error message.

These are common cases caused by your browser cookie settings. Your cookie setting is most likely set to a “High” level. To initiate an online order, you will need to allow your cookies to register your shopping cart session. To get around this, follow these simple rules below. Please note: All online shopping at WinsorLearning.com is safe and secure, protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). When you make an online order, your personal information is safe and encrypted. If you have bookmarked a secure (https) page and are receiving an error, please re-bookmark your page to reflect from https://www.winsor… to https://winsor… without the www in the address field. If you wish to re-enable your cookies after your order is complete, you may of course do so. If you are part of an organization that gives you limited control of these settings, please consult with your IT department.

Simple steps for changing your cookie settings to allow safe shopping.

Internet Explorer 7 or 8

  • Direct your cursor to the top right menu and choose the “Tools” drop down.
  • Select “Internet Options” from the bottom of the list.
  • Choose the top row tab that says “Privacy” and click the slidable scale tool.
  • Bring the scale down to “Medium”, however you may choose “Medium High” as this cart has been tested to work with.
  • Click “Apply” then “Okay” to finalize the change.
  • Return to our online store and try selecting your order again.

Internet Explorer 6

  • Very similar to Internet Explorer 7, choose “Tools” from the top menu.
  • Select “Internet Options” from the bottom of the list.
  • Choose the top row tab that says “Privacy” and click the slidable scale tool.
  • Bring the scale down to “Medium” then click “Apply” then “Okay” to finalize the change.
  • Return to our online store and try selecting your order again.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Direct your cursor to the top menu and choose the “Tools” drop down.
  • Select “Options” from the bottom of the list.
  • Choose “Privacy” from the top row.
  • Check both boxes that say “Accept cookies from sites” and “Accept third-party cookies”.
  • Click “Okay” to close and save.
  • Return to our online store and try selecting your order again.

Apple Safari

  • Direct your cursor to the top menu and choose the “Edit” drop down.
  • Select “Preferences..” from the bottom of the list.
  • Choose “Security” from the top row.
  • Check the box that say “Only from sites you navigate to”.
  • Click the “X” in upper right corner to close, this will save your setting.
  • Return to our online store and try selecting your order again.
