Is an online intervention monitoring software created for educators who are gathering
data on student performance and have multiple schools to administer. Our customers have asked us to create a tool to gather student data and track what is being done to remediate each student. Test Scores, Instructional Recommendations, Instructor Data, Student Attendance, Scheduling Data and Coaching Reports are displayed for each grade in the school. With all intervention information available on one screen, data-driven decisions can be made to determine the best intervention or adjust the intervention if deemed necessary.
Monitoring student data is essential because there is truly no other way to analyze the progress to identify if the gap is closing. Having an organized system to track and enter data allows administrators and instructors to speed up the decision making process because it becomes easier to recognize patterns in achievement gaps and gains. SearchlightTM eases the process of gathering data, progress monitoring and choosing instructional methods with screening and grouping options. By implementing these tools it is easier to make adjustments in grouping and instruction, increasing student achievement and freeing up valuable teaching time.

A literacy report is generated and available online for each site

Data can be gathered and updated by the school or the school can pay a fee for Winsor Learning to gather and update data throughout the year. If the school chooses for Winsor Learning to visit the school for data gathering, a consultant will meet with administrators to analyze the data and maximize the effectiveness of the interventions based on the data.

Consulting services are also available in conjunction with the use of the SearchlightTM Monitoring Tool. Winsor Learning staff visits each site three times a year and discuss the data gathered for each school. The consultant discusses with staff the instructional recommendations and helps focus the proper intervention for those particular students. Grouping and regrouping and instructional adjustments are discussed with administrators and staff.
