Winsor Learning, Inc. Multisensory Language Instruction Standard Training Module

1. The Winsor Learning Training Module begins with a two-day 12 hour session called an Installation held at a convenient location or facility. Multiple training sessions can be held simultaneously. Trainees receive Orton-Gillingham instructional materials or classroom implementation.
2. Fees are based on number of modules and trainees. Trainer to trainee ratio is 1 to 12 pairs.
3. The installation is reinforced by 4 Follow-Up, full day coaching sessions at each site. To be most effective, each follow-up should be approximately 4 weeks apart.
4. Each site/school is serviced with a minimum of one parent workshop.
5. Each site is serviced with curriculum design and integration consultation.
6. Administrators are encouraged to attend any and all training and coaching session at no charge.
7. The continuation of follow up training, workshops, attrition, review, in-service, etc. throughout the remainder of the academic year and beyond is to be determined by the individual schools or districts.
