The following Timeline is an example of year one of a two to three year plan for Sonday System® Implementation and ongoing, sustained Winsor Learning professional development support. This chart presents one possible scheduling option. The highlighted area is the first and most crucial part of Year 1. The following model has been successfully implemented in a number of schools and school districts across the country. Other professional development models can be designed to fist state, district, and/or school specifications.

The Set Up Day is highly recommended for beginning Installation model. A training consultant works in the classroom with identified learner groups and teachers, modeling, pre-testing, and coaching to assure the seamless transition and implementation of the Sonday System 1®.
The Winsor Learning teacher trainer program has a one-to-three year cycle based on instructor background and site commitments. It is the sole intent of Winsor Learning to produce skilled instructors who can replicate and maintain the Sonday System 1® at the school site with minimal training costs.
