Sample Learning Plan

The Learning Plans contain detailed instructions so that, with or without formal training in education, anyone can easily use this program.

Each Section in a Level has clearly marked time limits to help the instructor with pacing. A session takes approximately 30 minutes. A level may need to be repeated multiple times.

The example below is from the Sonday System 1 Learning Plan Book: Level 8, Sections 1-6. Each Reading Level has the same format. The Learning Plan design is straightforward, explicit, and saves teachers hours of preparation time. The Learning Plans are flexibly structured to permit continuous practice and review while maintaining variety and interest. Manipulatives for each Learning Plan are clearly listed. Instructional content is printed in red and clear delivery procedures in black.
