Instructional Materials Guidance

Let's Play Learn® is a pre-reading and school readiness program for early childhood. Through research and best practices, we know that children need systematic, focused instruction in the preschool years. Let's Play Learn® is a multi-sensory program that guides pre-reading and early reading skills. It is a core program based on prevention for preschool through kindergarten, and an intervention program for struggling students in lower elementary grades as well as English language learners.

Let's Play Learn® begins with the easiest activities. It is arranged in eight levels of difficulty with the same strands of instruction running through all eight levels. There are explicit directions for each activity plus information about the value of each activity for academic development. The colorful books and materials, with the delightful Music CD, provide fun, variety, and excitement to the learning process. Learning is woven into the fabric of play.
